After a five hour board meeting The rangers are having an independent investigation! Why on earth would a club with nothing to hide need one? I was under the impression the Cardigan was there to oversee all was well for the peepul? Has any of the Board seen the title deeds that are causing such confusion? If not why have they not asked chuck to produce them? The Cardigan could then tell the peepul all was well, keep calm the club own everything. Quite apart from enhancing his already overblown reputation with the fans, this is a legal requirement if he believes something may be wrong.

Then there is the IPO cash. How much was actually raised, has any been spent, and where exactly is it? Simple questions to ask Green, and simple to answer from Green. Just produce the documentation and end the rumours. So just what took five hours? I posted this before the official statement from the club, so all might be explained in that. But, if all is well why the need for an investigation, and an independent one at that? Might the rumours of even more wrongdoing be true? Or the rumours of a pile of bills on chucks desk that need paying quickly? Either way if the Cardigan comes out of this unblemished I will be amazed. He has had weeks, all the board in fact, to seek ask chuck to see the documentation. Might a fifty grand a week, plus expenses gig, calm your fears for the club you love?. green jhedi

this is the sole reason he is now coming forward and exposing chuckles for the big liar that he is.

this is 110% the truth as we all know, that as Celtic fans, we want fat sally to keep his managerial position.

i see posts on here and next door, about the share price dropping by 7% or 10 % or whatever,, the true figure is horrendous. share prices work on a 52 week high and a 52 week low.
forget what they were launched at 70 odd pence, that only matters if you bought them at that time,, let's say you are an investor and bought the rangers shares on january 7th. {the 52 week high } you would have payed 94 pence. at close of play yesterday { the 52 week low } you would have sold them for 65 pence. a loss of just over 30%. shammy

I think we need to bear in mind that all these guys are clever men and do this for a living and have been over a number of years would imagine potential forged documents in the orginal sale may be scrutinised more than any of their previous companies due to being Scotland Establishment club with msm sfa sfl etc assisting at every turn.

I think that whyte and green are being hung out to dry by a certain sdm who has retreated since his 'we won the ebt case' speech and the msm fear it really could be last orders for good at the big hoose

Green's insistence that Sevco5088 did not buy the Assets but Sevco Scotland Ltd did is another blatant fabricated lie.
Even D&P stated at the time they sold to Sevco5088 and this was reported in all media.
48 hours later it was reported that Green had "HIVED OFF" the assets to Sevco Scotland. I remember the term and the news caused considerable concern among bears and delight for others.
The story regarding switching the assets, only because rangers is Scottish wasn't believable. We now know it was to screw Whyte.
Signing forms to register company Directors is a requirement for companies house. These forms can be held back for discretion and lodged at companies house at a later date for public viewing. Whyte and Earley lodging the paperwork now isn't unusual. Crucially, Whyte has Earley as a witness.

Ticketus won £18m against Whyte.
