Denayer was never the same when he left, the money/ hype got to his head and turned it. He dissed our club after we put him on stage but now is a shadow of the player he was. Some just don't get how Celtic would be better place for a player. ex: dembele seems to get it!

Moyes is nothing special and would have been bad for our club, him too thinks he is bigger then our club when he has won nothing. EPL big heads as usual.

The bottom of O'Connel St there is the living room. Nice pub loads of tvs quality smoking area. Will be showing every game. Would image Celtic b main game. the is a pub in parnell St. Called the outback quite similar to living room as well. I'm born, bred and still live in the fair city.

Live on outskirts towards border with louth, and for my troubles I drive 2hrs to work in Belfast. Will be down the local 2mora nite, so if he's out and about in North Co dublin drop me a buzz via this and I'll oblige, the first be on me. But will not be venturing in to Dublin City nightmare to get back during the week.

1st time poster, long time reader though, would just like to comment on the hanging of dolls, think this was a bit distasteful but the statement from sevconia regarding banning all celtic fans, we should give them what they want and boycot games at their shot hole, its always everyone else to blame with them.

That the true fans need to put an end to this nonsense that exists in both set of fans and make our football stadiums a safe place to watch football fir families and specifically the kids.
They are the future of our club and we need to take back our game from those that just want to use it as a platform for a good scrap and some wonton destruction of each others stadiums.
I agree with this and feel we should take the higher ground here.

I've just read it and quite simply it is a disgrace and embarrassing to suggest the display was sectarian! I don't hate many things but everything that club stands for I hate!

Celtic have chosen not to respond or to get involved in "tit for tat".

Within minutes of kick off the WHOLE WORLD heard the usual sectarian bile of BANNED songs from that mob and as usual nothing is done. Then the pictures of the damage along with videos online showing them acting like animals.

Time for action to be taken against that mob!

Just like after the cup final . It was all about hibs fans coming on the park . No mention of sectarian singing . Their hooligan fans fighting or the fact they got beat . Just negative press an lies to take the heat away .

Fast forward to Saturdays defeat? Blow up dolls are now offensive? What about the ones they hung with reference to whyte and green?

I'm not condoning it . But where is the mass media hunt about out toilets being trashed? Police stationed outside? Videos of the animals social media boasting whilst doing it?

But let's not reflect on the teams poor performance. Dumbelles hatrick . Or even the unsportmanship of the diving amongst their players?

I think the dolls was in very poor taste and not very funny. But are the powers that be at Ibrox having a feckn laugh wanting action taken for sectarianism! Warburton and the first teams feet are still feckn sore from marching with the Shankhill Defenders in Belfast an event obviously sanctioned by those at the top at Ibrox.

The fact that Sevco are still pretending to be the dead club from Govan, instead of keeping their mouths shut and giving thanks for the use of a training complex and stadium that should have been repossessed to pay the obscene debt run up by Rangers 1872-2012.

How the hell can Rangers as a club claim the moral high ground over these dolls and sectarian banners? Granted my own view is that the dolls were very distasteful., but for a club that for years that sing about " being up to they're knees in fenian blood" and other sectarian songs I feel a the statement a tad embarrassing. I also can't believe the sheer balls of these supporters groups demanding banning Celtic fans from the next game at ibrox. We were banned years ago from ibrox for I think damage done to ibrox in a previous game yet for years they've strolled into parkhead and wrecked the place. Crackpots!

The BBC Scotland news tonight reported that their fans want hoops fans banned for hanging a few dolls and a banner in the GB end, no mention of toilets getting trashed or the usual Billy boys chants. On the day of the champs leaguie draw they started off with a story about Rangers complaining about Hibs fans in the cup final ( again ) months ago before they got round to mentioning who we got in the Champs league draw. An absolute disgrace.

Just watched the highlights again of us humping Sevco and whilst we were a class act as a team I couldn't help admiring the sheer brilliance of Kieran Tierney. For a lad who's just 19 to show the maturity and tactical nouse that he possesses is a joy to watch. He's already some player but he's going to be truly magnificent.
Also, Lustig was immense. The whole team was immense but he was a bit immenser than most! lol HH.

Man of the match obviously picks itself which go's to the one and only big Zinadane Dembelle for his hat-trick although I thought the whole team were excellent to a man including Sinclair, Forrest, Broony et al. I thought big Lustic had an absolutely fantastic game and topped it with the beachball on the head. PS: can you see a happy hun? There are none in Airdrie by the Sea.

They have a track record of doing this. I seem to recall Alex Thomson making a comment about them a few years ago and referred to them as Daleks.

The online hun brigade said daleks can't walk down stairs and ludicrously tried to claim that Thomson was making reference to the Ibrox disaster.

I can't make up my mind who is the worst, the people that come up with the lie to try and twist things or the people who believe it. All I know is both parties make their club and fans a laughing stock for everyone else.

The most infuriating thing about this is that they are trying their hardest to make some kind of link between the 2 events so they can act outraged when it was their fans who actually did make up a song about Scott Brown's sister dying of cancer! How many of them even knew it was suicide awareness day do you reckon? I certainly didn't. I'd never heard of it until this stuff was flagged up as if everybody knows all about it. I've said it before, the only people connecting the effigies with Kris Boyd's personal loss is Rangers and panty wetters.

As well as which, the effigies had their hands tied so it'd be more accurate to say they were lynchings - which is bad in and of itself of course, but doesn't fit the narrative.

Truth is, it was an unfunny joke -but as you say ED, offensive? Only if you are looking to be offended.

james I know, it's terrible and there are some within our support who think it's ok to mock the Ibrox disaster etc. The fact is it's always a few clowns who show the majority in a bad light. This talk about banning our fans from Ibrox etc. is a complete farce and, as Ed says, is nothing but a deflection tactic. I do think future displays need to be thought out much better as the Hun Scum banner wasn't just directed at the stereotypical supporter we all envisage, there were kids, pensioners etc there too.

No Ed I don't think the "song" actually exists either but I've heard the jokes and similar chants to the ones about Hillsborough. There's rivalry and banter but that's just silly stuff. I did feel there was a wee bit of an edge to the displays on Saturday though, there's usually a bit of humour in amongst it all but I didn't see that this time.

To kris boyd i send my condolences as I have lost a friend to similar circumstances in the past and its not a great experience.

Having said that i don't believe for a minute that stunt on Saturday was anything other than a prank gone wrong and wasnt for kris's benefit.
Putting it into perspective why would we look to offend kris? Jesus the guy was a non entity when he played us and i used to love it when he was on there teamsheet.
I think its a deflection from the toilet carry on which itself is an attemp to deflect away from the score.

On the subject of being offended does anyone think there will be some catalonian flags at camp nou?
I wouldn't want Barcelona to be fined given uefas "stance" on the matter.
