the license should be suspended forthwith as there are many unanswered question I also have info that the person who viewed the documents not mr regan by the way also informed uefa that this is the same club have a guess who it may have been {Ed007's Note - It wasn't UEFA mate (they have never commented on it, why should they?), it was actually the ECA.}

An interesting reaction to STV's on Green signing off of Whyte as a director of Rangers5088 on snyde. Fat Derek, as you would expect, took the innocent until proven guilty stance. There were even some fans who seem to think Green is telling them the truth surrounding these matters! This denial is going on when there is documented evidence on the STV website! Without any speculation what we do know is this. When asked by STV in the now infamous interview this week Green was asked directly, "Did Mr Whyte and Mr Earley have a role in Sevco5088" Green replied, "Neither of them had a role in Sevco5088"

The directorial appointment forms show the signatures of Green, Whyte and Earley. These were signed on the May the ninth 2012, apparently at a meeting in London. This was three days before Duff & Phelps signed an offer letter with Sevco5088 in a £5.5m deal for the clubs assets. So for Green to claim Whyte was not involved is obviously nonsense. Sevco5088 was created on March 29, a month after rangers were put into administration. These dates are interesting. A company set up on March 29th, signs an offer letter with the administrators on may 9th, quite a gap there, they must have been sure they were going to win this bid.

To Green again, " everybody knows as the model unfolded Sevco Scotland acquired rangers, not Sevco5088" But is this not exactly what Whyte is claiming? That Green transferred the assets of the company he was a director of, Sevco088 without informing him. Green has also been caught on tape asking Whyte for £25k expenses to set up Sevco5088. It seems that some sharp suited lawyers are going to have a field day with this.

But heres the best bit. It seems that the documentation STV uncovered was lodged "several months" late. Did Whyte have an inkling that Green was going to shaft him and transfer the assets? Is that why he kept the documentation for so long before lodging it? Or is this all playing out the way the two men intended? Green transfers the assets, illegally. This let's Green leave a door open for Whyte to arrive at a later date, perhaps when it looks like the cash cow has dried up, and lay claim to the assets? This would allow Green to be kicked out of ibrox, with a healthy pay off and a years free living on generous wages, and Whyte to rent the ground and Murray park to the club, or accept an offer to sell? Or as Whyte's on time partner called it "the ol switcheroo". All this before we even consider the implications of the licence! I'm going to need a bigger fridge. green jhedi

It is obvious that Rangers should not have been given a licence to play this season due to misleading thev SFA to obtain it. What needs to be done is pressure applied to the SFA from all decent supporters to have Rangers expelled from the Scottish football league, the title they won unfairly stripped and awarded to thye runners up. They could then apply to join the junior ranks as Govan utd or something and work their way back into pro football by waiting in line with everyone else like the Spartans.

I listened to SSB tonight just to hear if Derek Johnstone would have the brass neck to stick up for CG and sure enough (SURPRISE SURPRISE) I wasnt wrong. He mumbled his way throughout the whole programme with the same old patter "NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVED YET". How long will it take before he and the rest of them get it into their heads that the whole club (TRFC) is a total disaster and is corrupt from top to bottom.

Does anyone at the SFA know what they are doing?

Neil Lennon gives quite a well thought out opinion on youth football, not just in Scotland but the whole of the UK and Mark Wotte (SFA Performance dude) has a completely innacurate pop at him.

Mark Wotte has the job of improving Scottish Football and has blamed the weather for this nation not producing a Victor Wanyama. As Neil Lennon has pointed out, 20 years ago the weather did not stop Scotland producing players like Danny McGrain, Kenny Dalglish, Gary McAllister and John Collins.

I do depair!

Scottish football should be grateful for guys like Neil Lennon ~ Mrs E

Am I the only person in Scotland wondering why there is much surprise that Charles Green is having a shadow cast over his background and ahem character.

This guy is by far one of the worst things to happen to Scottish football for years and I will be glad to see the back of him!

He appeared from nowhere after leaving Sheffield Utd around 15 years ago & is described as 'a much vilified figure at Bramall Lane'.

He would/will not disclose who the investors are or who he is the front for at Rangers

Craig Whyte offfffftttt!

Green said on June 2012 that if his CVA proposal was to fail (which it did) and Rangers were to be liquidated (which they are), 'the history, the tradition, everything that's great about this club is swept aside'.

He has been ridicuded most of the season with his big talk (or daft talk as my Mum would say) Cowboys, Manchester Utd, Adidas etc

He childishly refused tickets for the Scottish Cup tie with Dundee Utd to gain nothing more than popularity with the lowest form of football fan

The Supporters have no idea how much of his own money he put in yet takes out a salary more than the Club won as SFL Division 3 Champions

He has called the current team 'the worst in history'

His treatment of Malcolm Murray - a Rangers man.

He has been caught out telling untruths so many times

The list goes on and feel free to add to it.

Ach each deluded sod to their own I suppose.

BBC reporting that Green and Ahmed are preparing paperwork for the Police regarding blackmail by Whyte. Now I am not a lawyer but how would this work?As far as we can see this is all being played out in the media spotlight. Blackmail is the polar opposite of this, it is a threat to go public with information someone does not want in the public domain. It seems we have two liars in a Mexican stand off, a case of who lied least will win!. green jhedi

Has the world gone mad? Remember those far of days when Agent Whyte took over at piebrox? The celebrations, the triumphalism the wealth of the radar? Switched on Celts warned of problems with this guy. Yes, we baited them. But it was a pretty clear message, this guy will harm you. We told them administration was certain, we told them liquidation was a distinct possibility, They were warned they might end up in the third division. The response, usually jog on Timmy!

After Agent Whyte had filled his pockets and scarpered, they needed a new hero. They needed a saviour. We saw Mr Ng check it out. And leave. We saw Mr Miller put his top guy on the books of the club. And leave. Then Kennedy, one of the various Murrays and any one with a million was mentioned. Then along came chuck. As if by magic this "blunt talker" appeared with stories straight out of the worst kind of rangers fanzine. Despite outrageous claims, we all know them, and dubious figures their manager fully endorsed him, as he had with Whyte incidentally. The rabble were roused, season tickets started flying off the shelf and the "journey" was to begin. Crazy wages for a third division club were sanctioned, this was for the fans to enjoy cup runs, hows that workin out ally? Then the world of the cyber Celts got on the case.

Again they were warned, this guy is linked to Whyte, possibly Murray, but he is bad news. He has previous, look at Sheffield Utd. he has a string of failed business behind him, he fronts for company closures etc. All the usual suspects among the rangers fans were summoned to piebrox, given a cup of tea and a custard cream and told all was well. All their media commentators and bloggers declared green was just what the club needed. Till the latest nonsense. They seem to be questioning a lot more now.

Months ago, on these very pages we suggested that the IPO cash was not in the trading account of The rangers, and the amount trumpeted might be inflated. Now jackson has hinted that the cash is in fact deposited around the world, Singapore being the most popular. We got, RTID, jog on Timmy and the legendary 54 and counting! But you know the worlds gone mad, when andy goram calls you out for being a racist! That, chuck, has to be the final straw. green jhedi

So their shirt sponsor isn't happy with the racist comments. This is exactly why a CEO cannot be allowed to open their mouth and let their belly rumble.

You really have to laugh at The Rangers.
Back page of the sun, "join scotlands most successful club at ibrox"
Do they mean Clyde?
Or is this just a pathetic way of getting round the lies! There can only be one team that's the most successful at any home ground, usually the home team, UTTER traynor/green spin

i tried to reply to some eejit on the imposters page. he was making out that they are indeed the same club. the point I was trying to make was if indeed they are the same club and it was the socalled holding company that went bust and not the football club. then surely tickitus should look to the football club for their 18mill, iam pretty sure that they were not buying future tickets to board meetings, if as the deluded claim they are the same club then tickitus were buying tickets for football matches, that being the case then the current team who claim to have history intact are liable, you can't have it both ways, btw my reply wasnt posted wonder why
