Lets all calm down on rumours sir neil won't bring in to many in jan he has got freddie , kelvin if not now the summer, and the young boy from airdrie , and is still after the norweigen striker with maybe one more to come prob on loan end of . the sqaud is big enough and full of qaullity enough to win the spl anyway.in the summer there will be a big revamp with alot going out .

Now that we are 4 points clear , with the possiblity of being 10 points clear before Rangers play again and given the cup draw against Rangers i fully expect Celtic to strengthen the team with 3 or 4 additions before the end of January ,
Goalkeeper - Parenko or Given (loan)
Defenders - Wilson £600,000 , Tyrone Mears ?
Midfield - Eremenko £1m or Kamara (loan)
Forwards - Huseklepp £1.3m , McFadden? ,

Lennon's Ban was fair. He has a disgusting attitude towards referees. Neil Lennon has had over 5 SFA charges in 5 months when Walter Smith has had 1 in 3 and a half years. Lennon was given 2 match automatic ban and was then tripled because they took the risk and appealed it. Celtic had no right appealing it and the ban was just.

Supposedly celtic are going to lodge a £150k bid for mark reynolds (contract runs out in summer) and just wait until end of season to get kelvin wilson in. loovens isn't in lennons long term plans and o'dea will stay with ipswich where his performances are being monitored very closely by lennon and mjallby.
with regards to celtics centre halfs next season they will be majstorovic, wilson, hooiveld, reynolds, rogne, and maybe o'dea, thompson off on loan again. Isaac Vorsah still remains a target though.

Last year I heard on a few forums that we had signed a 5 year extension with nike worth £25million but could increase to £29million depending on European appearances. Not quite sure of the fine details, just that it is worth £5-6million a year to us. If there is a newer rumour, there cannot be much in it or it would be all over the Celtic forums.

Ive to laugh at all the celtic supporters who keep bringing up jock stein when they are trying to gain the moral high ground as one might put it -over the rangers support, Id only like to point out one or two little facts and they are jock stein was a great manager. way before his time and yes he did try to break through the barriers the fans placed between the two clubs , he also won the first european trophy with celtic and he was respected not only by those at Ibrox and parkhead but internationally too finally mr stein was not of the roman creed he was a christian it has to be said perhaps more in tune with the needs of the team he managed perhaps this is who helped shape what mr stein did think was right.
