Anyone know what happened to Milan Misun. remember reading that AC milan were intrested in him around the time we signed him {Ed007's Note - It was reported he had signed for Swindon in January, but it was a false report. I think he is still at CFC.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

He's sellin the big issue in c'brig

Agree0 Disagree1

I heard he has been released and is no longer in any of the squad lists be it first team or u19s

Followfollow81, Tony the Ger, Gerry the Ger regarding naming rights for Ibrox heard the new name is.............
BROKE PARK COUNTING! ha ha LOL Timalloy

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Awwwwnawwww thats the worst one yet Timalloy. Rumour has it its gonna be the HMRC stadium mate.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh aye and i forgot to add they will be paying us £49m in sponsorship money over 10 years lol.

Gerry The Ger. {Ed007's Note - With bonuses that the court will decide ;-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Ooh we're getting bonuses too. I really hope getting to kick that fat t**t from the Go Compare ads in the clackers is one of them then. Timalloy i hope your tests go well mate although most bears will be hoping you get some stookies on so you cant type for a bit. Night all.

Gerry The Ger. {Ed007's Note - Night Gerry, take care bud.}

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2011 21:26:48
Gerry they are no point mate lol. Ed does daz only speak your lingo for Gerry asking you to explain lol? Mrs E your husband is a lucky man!!! If I talk to my wife about football she will say that's all I think about. Anyone doing a coupon for tomorrow and Saturday think about doing the one for Both Teams To Score friendly's are usually free scoring. They are money to be made. Let's All Do The Bookies.
Followfollow81 {Ed007's Note - Moneypenny likes football, our first date I took her to see us playing Hearts at Parkhead, 100% true, she had never been to a match before. Watched the game and then took her down the Gallowgate after a few refreshments in the LRT. Her family are all Rangers supporters but she never bothered much with football until I introduced to the sheer delight of being with me and supporting CFC.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I like that one Ed lol. The wife likes talking about football when it's home games because I take the wee man with me (son 6yr old) but when it's away games or over night trips ( football is all I talk about ) I don't know if it's the away games she's got a problem with lol. SSSHHH I think she's listening. Ed is MoneyPenny still a Rangers fan or have you brain washed her lol. Only kidding mate.
Followfollow81 {Ed007's Note - She never was really a Rangers fan, she is a CFC fan though now, her family are ok, you get some good craic with them, her dad is a bit of a character but it's all harmless fun, they never even raised an eyebrow about us getting married in the chapel, it wasn't a problem at all.}

Agree0 Disagree0

He is a lucky man but unfortunately, he's a Bluenose & will only listen to so much Celtic talk ! He was singing 'Well, Well Super Well' on sunday but shut up after Gary Hooper scored. I was about to launch him oot the windae.. He is a bit bigger than me but I would have managed !!

I've been trying the Both Teams To Score..nae luck as yet but quite liking it. Ed, really - a drink doon the Gallowgate ? Honestly, Men ! - Mrs E {Ed007's Note - Nothing wrong with the Gallowgate, just not the usual first date experience ;-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Followfollow81 I like the both teams to score coupons also. Look forward to any tips tomorrow LOL Timalloy

Agree0 Disagree0

Barrowland by far the best venue in Scotland & lives in the Gallowgate ! Moneypenny would have had a great night I'm sure (I used to get to hang-out at Cambuslang Rangers) - Mrs E

Goodnight :) {Ed007's Note - Took her to a few nights in the Barrowlands over the years and I used to be friendly with a few of the guys that owned the pubs etc around it.}

Good Evening Mrs E, how is this for our luck lately, my mate emailed a tip today, but as I was at hospital for tests, I never got it until late afternoon
Lujano 12.50 southwell started at 13/2 but WON at 9/2. Still omens good for weekend, I have asked him to give us any tips early. LOL Timalloy
PS Follwfollow81 hope you can chip in with a tip for us also

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Timalloy, Mrs E, FF81 back Deacon Blues in any race he runs. Have been backing this horse for months and always gets me my money back on a lucky 15 etc. Might struggle to get a decent price for him now though.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good Evening Timalloy...sounds like you have the same kinda luck as me ! My son doesn't 'allow' me to watch Celtic games on the same telly as him, says when I watch it - they get beat. Swear, I watched the first half of the Kilmarnock game then got my marching orders & look what happened...true story. Same with other games but won't bore you with the details lol. Hope all goes well with your hospital tests - Mrs E

Agree0 Disagree0

Usually back anything R Kennymore is riding, keep it clean guys eh lol. Doesn't get many rides, oh the innuendo's. But his win ratio is pretty high.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree0 Disagree0

GTG....my hubby get the odd tip so I'll pass them on (if he tells me). He also follows the same jockey but I've no idea who it is, says i'm a jinx - Mrs E {Ed007's Note - Night Mrs E.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Mrs E, I cannot listen to Celtic games on radio, every time I do they get beat, so I ban myself from listening.
Gerry the Ger, FF81 lets bookie bash this weekend LOL Timalloy

I see Celtic will make a decision tomorrow regarding Zenden...surely if they do offer him 'something' they will have considered the whole Freddie Ljungberg situation ? By all accounts Zelden is super-fit - Mrs E

Believable0 Unbelievable0

No problem Timalloy. I've got 2 tips for Saturday but I've got to do my homework on them. Let you know tomorrow night or Saturday morning.

McLeish: 2 SPL titles, 2 Scottish Cups, 3 league cups. 7 trophies.
O'Neill: 3 SPL, 3 Scottish Cup, 1 League cup. 7 trophies.

Head to head though, was different.
Excluding McLeish's final year, and O'Neill's first year - meaning December 2001 to May 2005.

McLeish 7, O'Neill 6.

I rest my case.

Gerry The Ger.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Ed007. Nothing worse than having the house over run with workies. And a Celtic fan with decent taste is music, wonders will never cease lol. How inconsiderate of Moneypenny, she might at least have got you a chippy or something on the way home lol. If you say that to her though you're a braver man than me mate.

Gerry The Ger. {Ed007's Note - The most modern music I listen to are Oasis , A Beatles man myself, The Doors etc, U2 and stuff like the Stone Roses. Music is 5hite nowadays although this is some slamming dance moves, I think Tim mailed me it(???) no offence meant mate, honest ;-)

www.youtube.com/watch?v=dS0NiTOpEks

Agree0 Disagree0

Ha ha ED007, yes it was me that sent it in, I had forgotten how funny the guy's dance was, Hilarious.Gerry the Ger see all over the world people don't like Rangers ha ha LOL Timalloy

Agree0 Disagree0

Thought rangers fans never counted league cups or is it just this year!

Agree0 Disagree0

Aye ed no offence taken, that was pretty funny. A score says that guy is Bez's lovechild.

Gerry The Ger. {Ed007's Note - LMAO.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Gerry facts are facts, they both won 7 trophies! Which bit don't you get? Excluding eff all mate!

Plus Martin got us to a European Cup final......McLeish diddn't....."sir walter" got you mob to the final!

DazzaBhoy

Agree0 Disagree0

I also think if you look at MON's record in league fixtures against Rangers you'll see it was outstanding and witohut dragging through history better thn anything managed by either team in the last 10 years at any rate.

Agree0 Disagree0

By sheer coincidence this was on my facebook the other night: -
5 seasons as manager.
first season
DOMESTIC TREBLE.
2003 uefa cup final (which we scored goals in lol)
3 LEAGUE TITLES
3 SCOTTISH CUPS
1 LEAGUE CUP
7 Consecutive old firm victories.
2003/4 25 Consecutive league victories.
3 times in the champions league.
282 games.
Won 213
Drawn 29
Lost 40.

Mrs E

Agree0 Disagree0

DazzaBhoy i think its you that doesn't get it bud. I've quite openly stated they both won 7 trophies in their time at each clud respectively. However in the time McLeish and O'Neill were actually opposing manager's at Rangers and Celtic McLeish won one more trophy. Ed please explain this to him. Its all in black and white on this post but i don't think he can quite grasp it.

Gerry The Ger. {Ed007's Note - Gerry is saying that during the time when each club was managed by them both, head to head, McLeish won more trophies than O'Neill. When they were in direct opposition to each other he means.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheer's ed007. Dazzabhoy you're giving me a headache min lol. Nobody can dispute what O'Neill did for Celtic and if his wife hadn't taken ill he'd probably still be there now. The man was Celtic through and through, i've got respect for any person who show's that kind of passion for their club so i'm not having a go at him mate.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree0 Disagree0

O'Neil was a fantastic manager but he was never celtic through and through , he even admitted he almost took the spurs job before he left us as he was looking for a new challenge. and if he was celtic through and through he would have been to celtic park to watch a game.
He admitted that the Legends game against man utd this season was his first time in celtic park since he left the club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gerry your still full of it, O'Neil is the better manager! If you want to spout some drivel about head to head then lets go for Lenny's record of "old firm" games against walter!

Celtic won 4, lost 2 and drew 2!

I'm glad you are on the mend, you take care Macca mate, God bless you. The link is brilliant!!!lmao} }

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Ed actually thought it was indigestion lol got a stent put in and everythings cool now,thanks for the well wishes mate will be back on from time to time, just that some of the stuff people post gets my young ticker racing LOL {Ed007's Note - Like I saidl, you take care mate...and take it a bit easier.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Macca, hope you are improving daily. Had my own health troubles lately that ended in hospital so know what it is like.
Hope Celtic's good form recently lasts and helps you recover quickly hail hail Timalloy

The link dosent work {Ed007's Note - www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHdTweVG60o worked for me.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Macca hope you do not mind I posted link on gers site, feel it should get as wide an audience as possible, take care mate Timalloy {Ed007's Note - Even Moneypenny sends her best wishes mate.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks Timmaloy and Ed thank Moneypenny for me.Timmaloy thats cool m8,think maybe this guy was the accountant at RFC,and would love to know what he would name their stadium if they sold the naming rights.LOL

Ed made schoolboy error there forgot to leave my name to the last post.MACCA

10 Nov 2011 17:08:15
It's seems to be that clubs are starting to sell the naming rights to there stadiums. That's Newcastle just struck a deal with sports direct. St James park is now called Sports Direct Arena. I think this will be the road Craig Whyte will go down. I think Orange would be a good company for our stadium if it did happen lol. The headline would be. Bringing The People Together. The Orange Stadium. Lol

If Celtic were to change the stadiums name what company would you like to have?
I think Timalloy would like it to be HMRC Stadium cause he's always going on about how he loves them lol.

Followfollow81 {Ed007's Note - Guinness, I have always wanted them to sponsor CFC, the Guinness Harp logo on the top would be amazing. I have said before that I wouldn't mind CFC selling the naming rights, it will still be CP, Parkhead or Paradise to the fans.}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I agree Ed. it doesn't matter if a company gets the rights to name the stadium it would always be Ibrox/ Celtic park. Money for nothing if you ask me. I'm sure Arsenal got something like £130m 10yr contract off Emirates for the naming rights. Have you any idea what Newcastle got Ed? I know Rangers or Celtic won't get as much as that but I think it's worth looking at. Money for nothing.
Followfollow81 {Ed007's Note - Arsenal are actually buying themselves out of their contract they get so little from it, they plan to buy out and renegotiate with someone else. It was even a pittance when you see Man utd get £10 million a year for DHL sponsoring their training kits (I think it worked out at about £3-5 million Arsenal were getting.). Hard to say about NUFC, Sports Direct are Mike Ashley's company, like the ETIHAD at Man City deal, £10 million a year is being rumoured.}

Agree1 Disagree0

Myself and my bro have always said that Guinness would be such a good sponsor for us and would look so good on the strip. You couldn't get a more apt and suitable logo as it has such a fantastic history as we do. So I'm with you on this one.
Hail Hail

Agree2 Disagree1

LOL at follow follow that's a belter.

Radio1 said Newcastle are getting 10million a year from it ? Like you say money for nothing really ? Think this will happen to both side of the old firm but won't get anywhere near 10 million tho

Lenny

Agree1 Disagree1

Evening ED007, on naming rights I am positive there were serious discussions with Coca Cola a few years back, but board backed out because of opposition.
Followfollow81 heard Ibrox will be called "Tesco" shortly LOL Timalloy

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that what Newcastle are going to get Lenny? £10m a year that is funny munny lol. Rangers and Celtic will defo go down that road for that kind of money. I know we won't get that but it's worth looking into.
The BBC Stadium, Poundland Stadium, Poundstrecher Stadium or The Orange Stadium. The latter one for me lol. If the money's right Craig Whyte would call it BBC Stadium lol. Gabon v Brazil on ITV 4 just now. I thought Fir park was bad last season lol.
Followfollow81

Agree0 Disagree0

According to radio1 at lunch time cause the fans were going nuts at it. Crazy money tho do would be daft to knock back.

Lol pound land,bbc etc lol

Offft! That park looks like it has had t in the park on it.

Please take this the right way FF81 but I miss folk like you, a decent fan slagging his owe club for a laugh & a joke, seems other rangers fans can't gasp the word joke sometimes.

Lenny

Agree0 Disagree0

I dont think anyone would worry about what the name of the stadium is not many call it celtic park anyway its either parkhead or paradise to most of us and that wont change

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike Ashley last season i think came up with the idea of naming rights for increased revenue at Newcastle by allowing a company/brand to be associated into the name of the ground i think he went with Sports Direct.Com @ St James Park to attract investment /interest however it never really materialised as it was thought the people who would be investing that sort of money would want the stadium name to be solely theirs.Its now for the time being The Sports Direct Arena or something until the envisioned 8-10 million a year in naming rights is realised.shaun h {Ed007's Note - www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/8880775/Newcastle-United-managing-director-Derek-Llambias-defends-decision-to-sell-St-James-Parks-naming-rights.html

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheers ed just had a read of the article pretty much what i heard on skysports news this morning eating my cereal and what i was trying to explain to the guys.Im glad i got the just of it right although anybody interested should probably follow your link . shaun h {Ed007's Note - Thanks mate.}

The wee Irish girl on Sky Sports is looking a little better lately. Not a patch on the real honeys though. Still says things a little funny, though.

Whats that got too do with celtic or celtic banter?

Agree0 Disagree1

See ed, some of us Rangers fans do have a sense of humour.................not sure why you couldn t put it up though, with the low sun this time of year, it spoils the view................what was your mind thinking of? {Ed007's Note - :-)
