I believe we should go for as experienced a manager as possible. Someone with Euro experience as well as managing a decent club. I we have to pay more for a guy like that then so be it. A top manager will get better performances out of our average players an give us a chance in Europe. So if the club are too miserable to buy 3 or 4 top players they should spend half the money and get a quality manager.

It probably depends on how much money they need, and how desperate they were to get money . If Brand announced he gave it maybe they should have thought of giving it back. However if he just gave it, they may have decided to acknowledge the donation in the hope of getting more.
The Liverpool 96 and their families were treated in a dastardly way, no doubt they will get some of the truth, but I doubt they will ever get all the truth .
