To the guy who said lennon stated his players were going nowhere, he has to say that of course he does. the club would lose power and the players value would decrease aswell if he were to say otherwise. any decent offers will be seriously considered by the board for ANY player.

Aye, I get slaughtered by english mates all the time. Every tournament it's "ha. Where's Scotland and Ireland?" As soon as I say I've seen my team win a world cup they start with the "You can't just support every team".
When I decide to have sprogs they're gonna be worse. The mrs is half english half jamaican so they'd have a few. Teams to choose from. Oh, and the Italian food is gooood. Southern Italian food rocks.

Ill basically support any scots sportsman/ woman (up to the point that the english start labelling him/ her as from Britain :oP). Thought we looked comfortable against a poor Ireland team, however the encouraging thing from Levein was that he was looking to see how his team responds to being an expressive attacking team and they looked far more comfortable (im sure the goals helped tho) than wen he puts out a strong organised squad . . should defo be looking to play that way every game at home regardless who its against.

I just asked him to clarify I hadn't stooped to the bile brigade as most people who know me here, know I try to rise above it. I totally understand why the Ed didn't post it and hopefully we can continue our friendly banter and mutaul respect. Believe me Atheist and Ed, it's nothing to do with secatarian or parochial reasons (too long in the tooth for that BS). Internatonal football has never really grabbed my imagination. Fair play to the World Cup, Euro Championships, usually very enjoyable tournaments, and seeing Brazil, Argentina etc play is a pleasure, but showing suppoort for Scotland just never appealed. But I assure you if I was into international football, Scotland would defo be my team!

I did try take the Mrs to a game once but when i turned to her at half time and she was nearly crying i knew it was time to go. It wasnt exactly the best advert, a dour 1-0 win over Killie in the middle of winter so i can't really blame her, I was nearly greeting too it was that bad lol!
